Club Rental

• $400 security deposit (refundable)
• $2550 weekend rate (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) which includes 24 hour access to the facility for decorating/preparations, 12 of the 48" round tables, 6 of the 60" round tables, 6 of the 6' rectangular tables, 3 of the 8' rectangular tables, 200 white folding chairs for outside use, 150 white padded wooden chairs for inside use and valet services for your guests.
• $1875 weekday rate (Monday-Thursday) includes same as above.

The user may select the caterer for their event with prior approval of the clubhouse director. See below for a list of preferred caterers who are already "approved" as service providers. In addition, the user will need to provide any type of alcoholic beverages to be served.

Catering is located in the Georgetown area of Dunwoody, and has been creating "Fresh Creative Cuisine" since 1983. Whether an intimate dinner for Two by the lake or a Company Cookout for thousands, Parsley's can create an event as formal or casual as you desire. An experienced staff, led by Executive Chef Scott Sutton, specializes in Custom Catering to suit the specific needs of our clients. Parsley's services include Complete Event Planning, Professional Service Staff, Equipment Rentals, Custom Linens, Floral Design and Custom Menu Design for all Occasions. Other services

Southern Style Valet is our valet parking service. This service is required for events with more than 25 vehicles including caterers and limos and is included in the pricing listed above. "Why" you may ask. The reason is our respect for our neighbors. All Huntcliff residents either themselves or have neighbors who have had large parties over the years. One night of cars across your front yard and making driveway entry more difficult is tolerable. But once a week, every week is not. Therefore, we have decided that valet parking is mandatory for events with more than 25 vehicles. Southern Style Valet Parking has given Huntcliff a great deal and they are very experienced and insured. No other valet services nor friends may be used for this purpose.
